I think my character received a critical strike in the head, and now gets blurry vision every minute or so. My perception dropped, and now has a (-) in front of the number. I've tried increasing this perk, but that didn't fix it. I've also healed myself, rested, and taken a Rads Away. How do I fix this blurry vision? There was no error code from what I saw, and my pip boy says I'm healthy.
