I was wondering if there were any abandoned boats, still standing upright and not taking on water, that has storage space, out in the waters of Vvardenfell? the reason I asked was because I have a castle (Moonmoth Fort), A winter retreat (Factor's Estate), and now all I am looking for is a yacht to store my water-related weapons and apparel. does anyone know of a boat?

There's boat a little south of Hla Oad IIRC. It's occupied but I guess it could be cleared. It is quest related though.
