Bobbi's Terminal

I can't use Bobbi's terminal.. Is it a bug? How do I fix this?

It is indeed a bug. Unless you have access to console commands, its entirely inaccessible.

The wiki mentions that using the commands "PRID 001F4252" "SetPos X 2065" and "SetAngle Z 165" will re-position the terminal so you can use it.
