After doing the Dig quest and going with the Hancock option.

I thought I would go back and hack the computer and open the safe, but doesn't work...is there a glitch here or what?

BTW I'm on console so any PC options are out of the question...

I know there was a bug on her computer that because of where it was situated in the room it couldn't be accessed, but I could have sworn they said they fixed it in the patch. i haven't been back there under 1.3 yet tho.
