Does anyone know if a Bobblehead can boost Special past 10 to 11?

From what I understand, yes you can. However, I haven't tested it out myself, so I'm not 100% sure. What I've read is that it displays as 10(+1) or something to that effect. You'll still get the benefit from the increase, as well.

Perception Bobblehead is in the Museum, so we could test this within an hour tops.
