Title says it all.

Got the perception bobblehead but it seems it has no effect. I cant see a difference in pipboy and it doesnt unlock any perks (maybe it shouldnt do that i dont know)

Am i missing something ?

When you first activate it it should have added 1 to Perception. You then should have the option of picking it up.
