Recently since i went through and deleted a bunch of save datas that i didnt need anymore... but now all the bodies are disappearing that ive killed, mostly when i leave an area, then come back.. (go in/out of buildings or fast travel)

Its not too big of a deal right now, but when my inventory is full and i need to leave to sell some stuff then come back to pick up whatever is left.. its impossible when the bodies are not there anymore.

Also at Primm some of the convicts for some reason ignore me even though the others are hostile towards me, there was 2 guys just standing around not attacking me.

I think that is something the patch was for so that it could keep the save file size down? Well that's what I've heard at least.

I knew it, since I vacated a building due to pack limit, came back and the place was empty - I abhor this new update just to compress the size.

Bodies should go away due to decomp. I don't want to revisit areas to see bodies on the ground. I'm ok with them going away. As for the guy not getting his loot, you should have over encumbered and found a container to put your stuff in, then come back. In Fallout 3 I'd pack up to the limit, have a buffout, chase it with alcohol then pick up and carry an item to home. I tried that in New Vegas and the item disappeared in my hands 100 yards later.
