Do people still play this game and if so how much and can you get into full games especially hardcoe mode? thanks in advance.

You can almost always find full matches in Cell vs Rebel (no nanosuit), Team Deathmatch and Hunter. Crash Site/Spears is quite popular too but it can be empty at times. As for the hardcoe playlists (Maximum), those are empty most of the time. People play in those playlists very, very rarely.
