Actually, i don't need help picking the mod i want, i think i'm quite capable of picking out for myself what i want, what i actually need help with is suggestions for mods that won't conflict with the exisiting mods i'm using because i read that some would.

Right now i'm using these.

Qarl's Texture Pack 3 Redimized + The SIs Pack.
MMM.
Francesco's Leveled Creatures/Items.
DarNified UI.
Improved Doors & Flora.
Improved Trees & Flora 1.
Improved Trees & Flora 2.
Improved Signs.
Improved Fruits, Vegetables and Meat.
Get Wet.

I'm also using a sound/music mod or two, but i don't think those would interfere with what i'm looking for.

I'm pretty much open to any suggestions known to work with no problems with the mods i already have or if they have problems, that have to be very minimal. Would obviously preffer something for both male and female bodies, but again, open to any suggestions, pretty much ALL the bodies in vanilla oblivion look wierd and wonky at best

All body replacers are compatible with those mods and with FCOM as well, which you seem to have switched to. For males, there's only Roberts, but for females there are several to choose between. I'd recommend checking out EVE HGEC, which is nice, comes with a great installer and also has mesh replacers for all FCOM armors.

That's the most important part. For whichever body mods you choose you "will" need Stock Clothing and Armor Replacers or mesh replacers for the items coming from those mods.
So it's not a matter of incompatibility or conflicting... none of those can conflict with body mods. But they contain items not made for other bodies than default, so without replacement meshes the bodyparts inside these items will not align to/work with your custom bodies.
