Body slider.

Post » Sun Sep 18, 2011 8:25 am

I bet some have and will see Skyrim footage on the most used international gaming site, and noticed in one of those vids a body slider.

I was pleasantly surprised when I saw a slider for your character's body proportion.
At first when this was mentioned I thought there would simply be 3 body types, but now we can make characters as skinny and pumped up as much within the limits of the slider.

Pretty cool eh?

I agree. I like to be different from everyone else. In Oblivion, everyone was ripped, with the same torso per race. This way, I'll get to be closer to the ME I'm trying to portray.

lol, no one in oblivion was ripped. Everyone on it was skinny as hell, that's one of the reason I love the look of skyrim, it's not just a bunch of flat bodied 12 year old boys running around with axes.

I was pleasantly surprised by the slider - I thought we were only going to get a choice of 3 body types; super skinny, normal, or super buff. I'm glad it's not like that.

Unless I'm mistaken, the slider only allows for the option to from skinny to buff. In other words, more weight only means more muscle.

I would have preferred separate muscle and fat sliders.

Why is everyone so surprised though? This has been known over a month, maybe even two months.

We cannot post it on the boards because it isn't authorized yet.

@Supreme: We haven't seen an actual video of it before. That's why.
