hey say i create a guy Auto medium and i hit level 5 do i have to create another guy to make him medium or light when i hit level 7? Just a interesting question ive been wondering about?or will i be able to change it on the spot in character customiation(have the book but couldnt find a anwser also if you have any questions just PM me and ill look the best i can.)

You can just switch out your body type in between missions, you can do this all on the same guy, no worry's ^_^
