I have a weird issue with my Mod(s)...?

I noticed whilst playing that NPC and the Player were both having skin issues, where the face was more grey, in some cases very dark, and the body was more 'normal' like it should be. I've done a COMLETE reinstall of Skyrim to try and fix this, so there are NO texture replacers or body replacers; NO official DLC; and NO mods installed.

And I'm still getting the bug...

On the Player, it fixes itself as soon as I load the Race Menu, so I'm not too worried; but as soon as I then loaded my Mod, every NPC I've added via my Mod is experiencing the same bug...

In the CK they look fine, but as soon as I load the game, they've got this bug... Does anyone have any thoughts/ideas what might be doing this?

Edit : Additionally, my graphic drivers are registering as up-to-date, so I don't "think" that is the issue...
