Bogwater Downs adds a small swampy settlement in the heart of Blackwood. One pontoon house is occupied, but the other is free for claiming by the player with loads of player safe storage, as well as a free pony out back and an aquatic garden. For those players looking for a settlement to call home, this one is great for RPing. This house was built as a tutorial for TESA's CS Basics class, but it was such a nice house in such a fantastic location I decided to release, enjoy!

Will this eventually be put onto Nexus or PES?

Possibly on PES, I tend to keep my projects fairly limited to TESA just for maintenance ease, but if folks would like to see it on PES, I can upload it there.

Yes the tutorial has been completely overhauled and is giving modding hopefuls a great start. :goodjob:
