Anyway, I've always loved this music and was wondering if there were some compilations anyone is aware of that I could look up, buy, or download.

I joke..truth is, Bollywood vids are mighty impressive and have beautiful women in them.

Since my mom watches Bollywood movies, I know tons of their songs and films.

Don't know of any compilations per se and I wouldn't even know where to begin it terms of recommendations. It would be like asking "Hey, what's a good song that's in the English language?" You wouldn't know what to say first.

Depends on the type of song really, but I just suggest film soundtracks and almost every Bollywood film has songs and the Indian music industry basically piggybacks off the film industry. Easiest thing I can say is download the OST of any Shahrukh Khan or Salman Khan movie. There's bound to be something or the other you'd like.

If you provide a genre or any form of narrowing down, I could be of more use though and post links to individual songs.

M.B.B.S. Munna Bhai is my favourite Bollywood film, lot's of catchy songs in that.

That's basically the wedding song style and is predominantly Punjabi music, not Bollywood per se, so I'm guessing that's the genre you like. So here are some of the ones I can recommend.
