I have a quick question. What are the pre-requests for Bolstering the ranks, a DG side quest, to start? I need Flourentius's spells! I already have Gunnmar and Sourine Jurard, so... when?

After the quest "Prophet". Just talk to Sorine.

This is one of those things easily found on the uesp.
