bolt should always be OHK. Im a huge fan of power weapons, I think they add a lot of planning ahead skills in game. When I think bolt sniper, I think CLEAVING THE ENEMY IN HALF. However, I just played a game when I shot another player in the knee multiple times and dealt no damage. Really bad hit detection...
