Bone scaling in Skyrim animation

Any idea how to make it possible?

I'm talking about scaling in hkx animations, not bones scaled in skeleton.

I have checked the tag xml content of hkaInterleavedUncompressedAnimation and the scaling data is there correctly. Why does Skyrim ignore it?

I do get the child bone translations, which correspond to parent scaling, but the bone itself is not scaled at all. I have also noticed that some people use scaling bones, without exporting them. Why? What is it good for? Since it's not even exported?
