I've had plenty of experience modding Morrowind and Oblivion, but I just started with Skyrim and there's a couple of annoying bugs that I can't seem to pin down. The first is that the text in most books overlaps one page to the next, making the book pretty much unreadable. The second is my character runs at a snails pace with his weapons drawn. I know that I'm slowed down slightly with weapons drawn normally, but I shouldn't be this slow. I'm not over-encumbered, and the animation looks normal, but I don't remember it being nearly this slow on consoles.
