I've written a book in MS Word, copied and pasted it into a duplicated book. All is fine except the punctuation doesn't show, all I get is squares where a apostrophe should be. Do I have to specify a particular font in the text or write in a particular font in Word?

Just delete the squares in the book form and type the real punctuation instead. It would be better that you write your books directly in the ck rather than using Word.

The squares don't appear in the book's form. In the book's object window the punctuation appears fine only when in game reading the book do quotation marks and apostrophes appear as squares.
