Well they're not truly. You CAN'T actually choose your own adventure. Still wicked though.
I am sorry,how do you know that? I only ask because I do not think any of us truly know the answer until we play for ourselves or is confirmed elsewhere.
I am only saying that anything is possible even if improbable.
when I found that terminal in fo3,I gotta say I was amused.I never got to play those types of games/rpg because I was too young but I loved that they included something like that and rewarded players for exploring.
it is true,a lot of people I've talked to while playing fo3 missed out on a ton of content never truly exploring by rushing the MQ,which was in all honesty a very small part of the overall game.

It is a shame that some people just do not have the patience,imagination or will to explore these kinds of games that Bethesda creates,they are meant to be experienced like this imo.
