Boomer Leadership : Fallout: New Vegas

when doing one of the missions Caesar gives you.

Either gain an alliance with the Boomers or Kill their leadership.

I'd like to do option 2 but dont know exactly how.

It's Pearl and Loyal.

Kill them and you destroy the Boomers. Not all of them of course, but they won't be able to support themselves as a tribe without their leaders.

Pearl is in her own house, Loyal is often found in the Hangars during the day.

Keep in mind if you kill the boomers you can't get the rebreather which lets you breath underwater.

In a quest like this, the "Kill everything in site" option is the the worst. Annoying as those inbreds are, they still have some useful firepower.

I always kill the boomers and I never feel bad about it. They blow up anyone that even comes a fair distance from their territory, they deserve to be slaughtered.
