Im on the quest for the Boomers where I need to repair their solar arrays - which I have done and just need to speak with the NPC (named Loyale) in order to complete it.

Thing is, I got caught taking an item from a box in the hangers and they opened fire on me. I managed to run off but had to drop a couple of robots on my way out in order to survive. I don't have a save before the incident took place and my question is - is there a way I can improve my standing with the Boomers in order to complete the quests and continue?

I think all you need to do is stay away from them for 2 or 3 days, for them to calm down.

When you do go back...try to get that quest turned in to Loyale as quick as you can. and maybe take some scrap metal to turn in!

Just to double check - is that game days or real days? Headed on back there after a few days of alternate questing and they shot me right up! My standing is still hated...they don't like people stealing...

Also noticed that my companion robot dog took a few of them out as we legged it - but not Loyale, he is still running at me with a sledgehammer lol

Sorry, if it was just for stealing...you would be fine after 3 (game days). but killing the robots got you to hated.

revert to a save before you became hated is all i can think of.

Looks like im buggered My nearest save is 7 levels back after days of gaming. Thats it...Im gonna scorch the entire Mojave with fire and blood.

And just got a mission from Mr House to get the boomers on our side...great. Game over.

I don't remember the exacts of that quest for Mr.House, but if it's not just an optional one and you can't progress any further.. you'll probably have to kill the boomers off.

I'd start with Pearl, if that doesn't cause Mr.House's quest to fail or finish than start killing everyone else lol.
