I have a wierd bug. Everytime I use Boone or Arcade Gannon as followers they don't follow, they just stand there. For example: I walk into a new cell and they appear next to me, but as I walk further and further away they just stand there and don't move.

Has anyone come across this problem? If so how did you remedy it. I'm on pc btw.

I can recruit them, they just don't follow.

No. This only happens with them Veronica, Ed-e, Rex, and Cass work fine.

Check the Vault, they will probably have the answer

I've had issues like this before, I tell them to go home and re-recruit them. If that doesn't work try fast traveling.

It's ok, Boones a weiner anyway.
Just today, when I came home(lucky 38) he came up to me and started sayn some crap about how he didn't like that I was killing NCR, I told him I would stop. Stupid stupid stupid Boones, I waited till he took a seat at the table, gathered the rest of my companions, then I blew off Boones head/ left arm and leg with some C4.
Veronica gave me a funny look so I slapped a biotch, then I loudly said "YOU SEE? YOUS ALL SEE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU GIVE ME LIP.... Let this be a lesson, IM the leader...... Don't EVER talk to ne the way Boone just did!!!"

Since my speech Cass hasn't stopped cleaning the bathroom, ED-E makes sure all my system all up and running, and Veronica slipped into some naughty nightwear and now dances for my pleasure.

It's no biggie. As long as I still have Veronica busting heads, I'm ok. As for Arcade I just wanted to meet the Remnants. I've had this game since launch and never met them.

Ok, I got Arcade to follow me again. I just told him to wait, then I asked him to travel with me; and now he follows me without any problems.

Are you trying to get the remnants quest? That was the only reason I kept Arcade for so long, and it was surly worth it.

Now just tell Boone your sorry for whatever you did, and he'll like you again.

Yeah, that's the only reason I have him. But I don't think I'll get it since I'm helping Mr. House. He seems not to like him.


lol. Maybe to tell the truth I don't like him much, I usually let him rot in Novac. But this time I wanted to finish his quest.

The only time he won't give you the quest is when you're helping the Legion.

Dismiss them and then rehire them a few times.
Or do what I do and smack the hell out of them while they stand there like dummies.
