Since leaving Boone near a wiped out Cottonwood Cove and doing some of Caesar and Mr.Houses quests on fortification hill,
Boone does nothing but run up to me and talk to me, entering his conversations and then saying the same thing over and over again!

I've tried telling him to wait in various places, parting ways, talking about everything, knocking him unconscious, and swapping equipment, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas? and has anyone experienced the same with any of their companions?
