hey ,i was wondering if sombody could tell me where i find evidence or how to further the quest in which you have to find out who kidnapped boones wife at the point where you have to look around novac.The pip boy info says to look in the hotel lobby ,what ,where is this lobby.thankyou

Pop her safe, it's in the floor right behind her and you will find all the proof you need.

It's actually called the hotel front desk in the game, I don't know why they called it the lobby in the quest log. Check the safe in the floor behind the front desk.

Im on this same quest too, i got into the safe, but i cant get the lady to come out to the dino with me. tryed talking to everyone to see if i could just turn her in but no new conversation opptions with anyone in town.

You can only ask them when Boone is on duty... e.g. at night.

I had this problem, solved it by talking to her when she's *not* in the hotel lobby but rather wandering outside in the parking lot, whereupon she had the needed dialogue option.

yeah ,because it says look in the lobby i was confused and i looked in the reception area and saw nothing obvious so i thought maybe i was in the wrong place,anyway thanks to anybody who offered some advice

From 9PM to 9AM.

I get that everytime. The thing that works for me is to read the note and talk to Boone in the dinosaur. This is how it works in my game:

1. Open the safe and read the note in your inventory, stored in the data part of the pipboy.
2. Go talk to Boone, he has nothing new to say but the quest arrow is pointing to him.
3. Go back to the hotel check-in, talk to her agian.

Then you get the go for a walk to the front of the dinosaur text.

Make sure to put on the beret before going outside with her.
