I know just how you feel but I still love Fawkes too.

You must have a high Charisma because that's when Boone's at his best. We just did his second quest last night and it's very satisfying when he thanks you after it's over. I'm on PC with a Boone bugfix so it's like he was when the game first came out. Boone and ED-E are the two I travel with the most but the others are great too.

I don't know (or care) who's better but I personally like:

ED-E, Dog, Veronica, Boone, Cass. In that order. The rest I can do without. Maybe Lily, she's ok too.

Interesting...I would think ED-E would win because he has high health and Arcade does not. They are both EW. Looking forward to when you do reveal.

Give Vaquero Raul a Brush Gun with handload ammo, give Boone a sniper with handload ammo or give Arcade the custom Gauss Rifle with overcharged cells.

Now you know what a "best companion" is like.

Question: what sort of weapons can I give Arcade that he'll actually use? I tried giving him the unique plasma rifle from the Repcon site, but he still used his plasma pistol thingy.
