Just curious, but, how do they figure out boosters? Does the program scan for time played vs. XP, or something along the lines?

It'd be really easy for them to find at least all the XP boosters. Probably the kill boosters too since they usually kill the same 5-6 people over and over. Regardless, I really don't think they'll waste their time with it and I hope they don't. They have other **** going on and the leader boards are garbage. They're all basicly time based. So even tho better players have a better chance there's going to be atleast 500 gamers that play 10hours a day trying to get up top. So if you're not one of them, you really shouldn't be worried about how far johnny is up the leader board when you're in 28,324th place. Laugh at him for wasting his time and ask Crytek to release the patch or let us know when it's coming

it makes me laugh how this blondbassist is whinging about boosters but if you were to look on the leaderboards like i was yesterday you will find him near the top and has quite obviously boosted himself what a hypocrite hopefully this idiot will be banned or reset too

I don't boost, I'm a legit rank 24 1st prestige just check my game history or my highscore for CTR.

I havn't boosted before and I don't know where your getting this information from.

And if you didn't know, prestiging resets your play time and everything else except XP.

I think its sad that you come onto a forum to try and antagonise another person just because your butthurt over something. Did you perhaps get destroyed in a game by bassist?

And even if he did boost why would that even annoy you? why would something as fickle as online game leaderboards annoy you? The only sad indivudual here is you friend.

P.S this game practically throws XP at you if you do consistently well so its not uncommon for someone to have in the millions of XP.
