Bordom

What does everybody do when their bored. I have nothing to do on weekends, and I don't have my license, so I can't just drive around.I can't stand not doing anything.

It's a matter of applying yourself. If you get a job, find a hobby, play sports, and whatever else, you'll hardly ever be bored.

I have school or work most of the time, and on weekend nights I go out so I usually don't have a lot of downtime. Do you have a school project or test coming up that you could work on?

If I'm bored, it's because I can't settle. In my free time, I'll exercise, play guitar/violin, read, play games, listen to music. Some days I just sit around and think of things I could be doing, and never actually do them.

I'm never really bored. I'm either gaming, hanging with friends, internet, etc. I guess when that gets dull I get a bit creative and try to write a short story or a song or something. Other than that, I don't know, triddle my thumbs, direct nasty glances at my dog then totally change my demeanor to confuse him. You know, the usual.

What are your interests? Just driving around sounds boring as hell to me :P I'd suggest a good book (if you say what you're into, doubtless someone on here will be able to recommend something), or if you're as super boring as me, a good jigsaw puzzle will keep you occupied
If you can get out and about (even on foot) I'd highly recommend geocaching. It's a type of high tech treasure hunt done with a GPS. I use one that's specifically for hikers and such, but apparently there's an app for geocaching. Trust me, it's really fun and addictive. Here's a link to the main site:

http://www.geocaching.com/

It's good to do with friends as well, seeing as it pays to have someone on the lookout (otherwise you run the risk of a random stranger finding you fishing about in a bush).

[Edit]: Should add that there's an app for the iPhone, but there's other things for other smartphones too like the Android. My phone is an idiot, so I don't use any of them.

BGSF: Better Than Nudity.

I'm actually kinda bored right now, but I do believe I'll read something to pass the time until my mom comes home from work or one of my sisters come home and I can have someone to talk to. That, or I can write in my journal or organize my photos finally. Maybe scan some older photos. I propose the former...

Edited because I forgot the difference between 'former' and 'latter'.

Head on down to a Dollar Tree (or equivalent) with $20 and have a ball. If you don't end up with 20 incredibly awesome items to occupy your time with, which in all likelihood you won't, then you'll at least have buyer's remorse to focus your attention on.

Boredom is a state of mind....one I unfortunately often let myself fall into. There's always plenty of stuff to do, but sometimes it's easier to tell yourself you're bored than actually work up the motivation to do any of them. :P

...that said, if not in the mood for games/TV/reading, I look for funny YouTube stuff or check lolcats. I love lolcats (in small doses). Or I take a nap. Naps are wonderful things.
