Bored out of our minds

Post » Tue Aug 03, 2010 6:40 pm

So Some buddies and I are bored out of our minds right now. It's not nice out, so we can't play football or soccer like we normally do, and we've already seen all the movies that sound like they would be any good (Thor, Hangover 2, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, Priest). Need some suggestions, what should we do? And keep in mind we are only 17 / 18 still in highschool

My aunt tells me that the fence needs to be whitewashed. I know how fun that can be, so I'd be willing to let you do it for me if you give me a shiny marble.

Scavenger hunts are always fun, even more fun when team mates get banned for K-Mart. :hubbahubba:

Download the free OSRIC pdf available at knights n knaves, and start a OSRIC/AD&D campaign for months upon months of fun.

You could try to identify this bug that I found: http://i468.photobucket.com/albums/rr50/Alaisiagae/Nature/2011%20Spring%20Summer/mystery_bug.jpg. It's about.. erm, 1/4 inch long, I guess. I don't know what it is, my North American Insect field guide didn't have it. *pouts*

Also, a few days ago I found some baby snails on my lawn: http://i468.photobucket.com/albums/rr50/Alaisiagae/Nature/2011%20Spring%20Summer/tiny_snails_1.jpg

Oh, so it is a stink bug? It seems it lives in Florida, but I live in MA... *does some searching* Okay, I think it is http://www.cirrusimage.com/bugs_stink_cosmopepla_bimaculata.htm. How did you know it was a stink bug? I tried using bugguide.net this morning and had no idea which category to even start at, let alone order, family, genus, and species!

But now I know what it is, thank you!

You know, if you say "no-homo" it doesn't count anymore, so you don't have to worry. Just sayin'.
