No, it just wouldn't make sense. They're so small and weak because they're on the run from the NCR in the region.

No, they are weak in the west, the NCR would likely shot them in sight, The BOS are pretty much dead in the West Coast, as the canon and lore show it

Even though I would have liked to be able to do more for/with the BoS than is available in-game, I have to agree that it would not make much sense given the current situation in the Mojave.

Now if we were in the area where FO1&2 took place then I could see it, as that is the BoS's headquarters sector and they still have a goodly presence there despite having lost the war with the NCR.

Ya, I feel the same way about them in Fallout NV, they didn't even have to be a major fraction for me to be happy, but hiding in a whole for the entire game was kind of lame. And just because the NCR was everywhere didn't mean they had the man power to wipe them out.The NCR were over extended and barely functioning around that area. I really don't see how the NCR could take on a well trained and equipped group of Brotherhood Of Steel. I'm not talking about taking over everything but at least something that could really help them out. Or better yet help them gain power over the other fractions by doing a little terrorism because that how you helped the other fractions.

They are a minor faction, they arent powerful as the East Coast BOS, they became weakling since the NCR took all California

The idea of "hidding in a bunker" makes sense, they dont want to fight with the NCR anymore,(because the NCR will shoot them in sight,, they are in war after all)

True, but can you really tell me that the Brotherhood quests and just being around them was awesome or interesting.Because they reminded me of just kicking back at home eating chips on the couch and just watching TV and the A.C breaks so I send some guy to go get some parts to fix it and their you go, epic right :cryvaultboy: . And thats how I really feel about it.It was just so boring being around them, they were not doing anything. And when you become a member what happens nothing, nothing, it was just, "here you go, heres some power armor now go away".Their was no big missions to do and after you help them with everything theirs still no difference in any of them.It really feels like they should had never been put in the game to begin with. Like they just didn't know what to do with them so they said F*$# it.Please in all seriousness what was the porpoise of them in NV because, I really don't see any reason for them to be there, they should had just put in a new fraction in there place or should had just left them out and focused on the NCR and Legion who story's and guest where good.

Because that is what's happening to them. Unless they are making the BoS war Fallout, that all you would see them doing in the west coast.

I understand what you said about, "that is what's happening to them" But what did you mean when you said, "Unless they are making the BoS war Fallout"? I don't know I guess maybe i'm just upset because I have a problem with the situation they got put in then the brotherhood itself, but, if a small fraction like the King's could run the NCR out of Freeside and the fiends were running all over the place why couldn't a small group of high tech and well trained BOS members do a little bit more. And having all your forces confined to one area is never a good idea.

Wat? Your talkign about the end slides? it's no where near the same thing, the Kings kill off a few NCR civvies and a few fleeing soldiers AFTER they get routed at the giant battle of the Dam. Hence there army was nearly wiped out. The BoS fought there standing army at Helios one and where decimated by them. Hence them hiding in the bunker in the first place! XD So they did in fact do exactly what you wanted and got there asses handed to them.

Difference is, King is a local respected gang at a place that the NCR ANNEX, while the BoS isn't exactly wasteland idols and in the middle of nowhere.

And think about it, the King quest is only as big as Still in the Dark, and there isn't a King companion, and they yet to make appearance in any DLC.

As for "Unless they are making the BoS war Fallout", I am saying it would take a game about the BoS-NCR war that is on going in northern California to have all the BoS action you want if the story time is on going like Bethesda say it would, or back in the East Coast.

They never felt sorry, to my knowledge. It was as simple as them sitting on something they wanted so they knocked them off there prize.

Then where's that mission at, because that story would had been 100 times better to play then the roles and quest they had in the game?

That sounds awesome if they make a game like that, i'm a big BoS fan but, I kind of like whats going on with between the NCR and Legion more, but if they do make a game like that I hope it takes place in the east or mid-west for they can put them against a new fraction like they did with the NCR and Legion.

Yes, the NCR has a state called "Maxson" and a town was built near the bunker. It is safe to say that the place was attacked.

I wish we could do more for the BoS. Like take over Helios 1 for them, attack key points, set up bases for them outside the bunker ect. The quests for them atm are boring and make no diffrence

Maxson existed before the NCR-Brotherhood War; there was never any bad blood about it's founding.

The way in which the Brotherhood talks about the western chapters doesn't seem to indicate total destruction.

Y'all are forgetting about their hidden bunkers under The Fort, McCarran, Hoover Dam, Freeside and Nellis. I can't wait for all those guys to surface.
