I completed the BoS "Show No Mercy" quest and went to Elder Maxson to get my reward and the next quest. He says what I need to do, but the quest actually does not show up on my quest log. I looked up the list of quests and the quest that should trigger is called "From Within". There isn't a log, doesn't point to where I should go, and even though I talk to him, nothing happens. I've tried reloading, doing other things first, but nothing works. Is this quest supposed to trigger right away or am I supposed to do something first before it shows up in the quest log?

Does anyone have this bug?
