BOS Missions (Minor Spoliers)

Post » Mon Feb 15, 2016 2:19 am

Ok so I think I am going to go with the minutemen. I also want to get Danse to maximum affinity, and altough the BOS are wasteland Nazis, they are pretty damn cool.

I have just been given the quest Liberty Reprimed; on completion of this quest does it affect any faction? Also I want to do Blind Betrayal; will that cause any factions to hate me?

Apparently the quest after Blind Betrayal makes me enemies with The Railroad, so I will stop with BOS quests after Blind Betrayal.

In short, if I go no further than Blind Betrayal, will I still be friendly with all the other factions?

Thanks!

No, the only quests that turn factions hostile are Mass Fusion (Turn BoS hostile)/Spoils of War (Turn Institute hostile), End of The Line&Tactical Thinking will turn Railroad hostile.

All the other quests you mentioned won't turn anyone hostile, note, completing Blind Betrayal will lead straight to Tactical Thinking which will turn Railroad hostile as soon as you talk to captain Kells. Do all the Railroad quests first before completing Blind Betrayal since it will lock down PAM, and you can't do quests for PAM and may miss out on Ballistic Hairpiece.

As mentioned above, you'll be fine.

This is basically as far as you can go in each quest line without making anyone hostile -

Railroad - Underground Undercover (partially completed)

Institute - Mass Fusion

Brotherhood of Steel - Tactical Thinking (triggered, but not started...don't talk to Captain Kells)

Minutemen - Old Guns

After that point, at least one faction will turn hostile toward you. If you're careful, you can finish the game with the Minutemen, Railroad, and BoS intact and at relative peace.
