Hey guys, i have to do the mission for the NCR where i have to destroy the BoS. I was wanting to have a truce between them but i cant even get inside their base because they just shoot me on sight! I dont have any NCR clothing on, in fact i just went naked, and i left my companions thinking they had something to do with it, and they always shoot me! Any tips?!

It's probably because you're working for the NCR. I'm not ruling out that it's something else, but that's most likely.

are you wearing NCR faction armor. that causes them to shoot on site.

Reading is apparently a difficult skill to master.

Anyways what does your faction rating with them say?

Also do they still shoot you on sight if you have Veronica with you?

It's too late for a truce now, they will most likely always be hostile.

Spoiler

This happened to me when Mr. House asked me to destroy them, I reloaded to a save before I started any of his quests and they were not hostile.

So you are sorta out of luck at this point, there may be a way to stop them being hostile but I haven't found one when I tried other then what I said above.

Spoiler

Try load a save from before you accept the quest to destroy them.
