Does anyone know the console command for the steps to this quest? I've gone through many hours of playtime to get to this point and find that when I went into the Institute to "Use terminal to override Institute lockdown" the TERMINAL ISN'T THERE !!

I have the quest indicator hovering over a completely bare table, nothing is there, No terminal not even a pencil, I'd like to simply get past that one point via console command rather then restarting heh, anyone know the steps?
