I just beat the game (again) with the BoS but the quest 'Inside Job' was still available. So, after the Institute is nothing but a burning hole I go talk to the MM and they want the Institute tape I made. So I talk to BoS-no-legs and she gives it to me. I go back to the MM and give the tape to the grease monkey and he talks like they are going to find a way into the Institute?

Do they not know the place is already destroyed? I'm curious how far this will go before they realize it can't be finished. Anyone else have this problem?
