Bosmer arent like werewolf that jumps over the corpse of their victims and eat it. Bosmer have rituals and ceremonies, so I dont think that a ability would be proper.

Although, I think that a bosmer should have racial provisioners recipes with the meat from other races. Also, Khajiit should be able to cook Skooma. Hahahah.

That is cannon. The senche-tiger that was eaten in the Dance in Fire books tasted like sugared pork because of the all the moon sugar in its diet.

Actually, I could see that... a racial ability (passive) that allows you (Bosmer Only) to loot 'flesh' items... Kill a goblin, get 'goblin flesh', kill a Khajit and get 'Khajit Flesh'... and create a whole line of 'provisioner recipes' for Bosmer cooks, unique to them... but not sure if the results should be bound to character, or free to trade and all... but that would utterly awesome!
