Ohh... I'm using TIE-In, not TIE itself, so I needn't worry about stealth entries. I've got other questions, but I'll post them in the proper thread (the TIE thread), so we can continue there.


TIE-In is a separate effort that's not attached to the original TIE. I'd wager the same rules still apply though in that you can't just move the thing so low onto the list. It may be trimmed for use with FCOM etc but it's still likely going to be more of an issue than you might think to have it sitting as low as you're wanting it. BOSS needs to stick with what works most of the time for the most people. If you're not part of most people now, do like I do, adjust by hand and forget about using BOSS.

Installed the latest version today, and had only one unkown file:

bgBalancingEVOptionalNPCDiversity, Vanilla.esp

This is a replacment for 'bgBalancingEVOptionalNPCDiversity, for Wrye Bash.esp' in the latest version of RBP.

So I suggest you change:
bgBalancingEVOptionalNPCDiversity, for Wrye Bash.esp? Use only one 'OptionalNPCDiversity' file.


to something like

bgBalancingEVOptionalNPCDiversity, for Wrye Bash.esp? Replace with 'bgBalancingEVOptionalNPCDiversity, Vanilla.esp'bgBalancingEVOptionalNPCDiversity, Vanilla.esp? Use only one 'OptionalNPCDiversity' file.

TRAP doesn't seem to be in the masterlist at the moment, it would be great to see it included as I'm having a hard time finding the right spot for it in my load order.

Here's one that's been around for a while, but hasn't made it to the masterlist yet:

I placed CLS-Sneakyfeet.esm after CLS-ClassyClothes.esm then after CLS-Craftybits.esm and each time got CTD at the initial Oblivion startup.

I moved it towards the end right after PMSneakySummons.esm and this seems to work fine. Initiates after a bit in-game with the menus to select sneak style as it's supposed to do. Haven't tested the actual functionality of sneaking with different footwear yet.

I placed StarX Vampire Deaths.esm at the very end of the esm list after UnnecessaryViolence.esm and StarX Vampire Deaths.esp after StarX VVR_OOO Patch.esp in the \Vampires section. No problems with startup or character launch. Game seems to run well with that load order, but haven't run into any vampires yet to test whether the mod is working as designed yet. Will update with results.

You should... though I haven't responded to your pm about, not sure have to check which one that is (I can't recall, I'll try to get that to you soon), most of my mod esps start with two characters: PM! this on is Pose Pack 2 - PM + GS (GreekStorm) +PP2 (pose pack 2). also already in (since the day of release).

already in but with a period (.) after the esm for SneakyFeet... which means it doesn't realize its there - I just went through and fixed all instances of periods after esps and esms, just a few. Starx is in but probably not yet on Nexus. but thanks for the LO advice, changed SneakyFeet position.

Hmm. VOILA isn't a quest like listed on the masterlist. It is more appropriate under either "Guards and Bounty" category or Realism.

It (from testing and feedback) needs to be placed above New Roads and Bridges and Unique Landscapes for maximum compatibility.

No. Those are simply suggestions as to what to merge into your bashed patch, and what Master files are needed for FCOM and such.
But I'll tell you right now that OOO-Waterfish isn't recommended because it's quite a performance hit. I don't remember who, but someone told me that the vampire fix wasen't needed either.
And most importantly, you need a Bashed Patch or FCOM won't really work at all. I hope that helps. Might not be everything though because I'm new and don't know much. Maybe one of the more experienced members can tell you more.
