[REL] BOSS for Oblivion

I've just installed streamline 3.1 via BAIN. I've run BOSS and it has placed streamline near the top of my load order. I thought it was ment to be at the bottom of the load order.

I am pretty sure this will be a stupid question...but does that mean that BOSS(And Wrye Bash) work perfectly for Oblivion, sorting and updating and all that?

Well, BOSS committers sometimes make mistakes, so it's good to question positionings you aren't sure about, but if you're referring to the issues with Skyrim, Oblivion is unaffected.

I suggest adding the NoMerge tag to Cobl Bookjackets.esp (see http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=24890).

It already has the Graphics tag, which is correct. It's strictly a graphics replacer so there's not really a reason to merge anything else from the mod, and the tags would then be consistent with other graphics-only book replacers. The documentation also suggests the ESP should be deactivated and just imported.

Two mods for consideration:
CLS-Craftybits V08 BETA file id=41774
This is an update of V07 and the esp and esm have the same name. BOSS will position them automatically and this seems to work well. In addition there is a new file: CB-DepositsForges which contains edits to various locations throughout the world to add clay desposits or ore deposits. Vanilla forges are also replaced and a few smithing tools added. Suggested load order is relatively late, though it should be pretty tolerant of overwrites by other mods. For example, there are about 60 clay deposits, so if a few are overwritten, it shouldn't really matter.
The mod may appear to require cleaning, but to the best of my knowledge it is already as it can be. Some records are contained in both the ESM and EMP in identical form, but these are usually items which are needed in the ESM for outside reference but also involving world edits, such as using markers, which have to go in the ESP. Should an expert be able to make recommendations and/or succeed in cleaning the mod, I'd be pleased to learn of it but this will require testing to make sure nothing was disrupted in the process. Unless and until that happens, a "don't clean" recommendation is suggested.

A mini-mod which adds a few items to the Imperial Dungeon to allow crafting to begin in the dungeon already. Irrelevant once the player has left the dungeon. I guess this is in BOSS but it didn't pick up the spelling mistake in the filename: it does recognize Skyrimized Waters HD - SI addon.esp from the same mod. Note this one is plural while the unrecognized plugin is missing the "s" from its filename.

From elPatrixF Summoners Workshop [http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=41434] Adds shop and new summon spells to IC Market District. Edit: Says they should be loaded after IC mods like "Open Cities" (and presumably "Better Cities"). Correction: They need to load BEFORE Better Cities.
