I donì't know of which compatibility patches you are talking about and so I can't give you any tip
and basic script effect silencer always DEAD LAST. put it after the duke patrick mods.
Posting your load order (in spoilers) as generated by Wrye Bash might give us a better idea of what we're deal with here. Compatibility patches are normally loaded almost immediately after the mods they effect. But again it's best to let us see 'em.
It really depends on the mod. The bashed patch should be the last mod of the list of mods that change leveled lists, the same cells, the same items, those kinds of things. But, I have several mods that load after the Bashed Patch. Mainly mods that only change one thing or add a house or something like that can come after the patch.
Also, I will throw a mod at the end of the list for testing, if I can get away with it, that way I don't have to redo the patch twice if I change my mind about the mod.
