First I'd like to say the BOSS and BOSS-F programs are amazing! They have helped the modding community tremendously. I decided I'd post the mods in my current build that are still unknown. Sorry that there are so many. >_>'''

These got reported to Google Code as issues. I thought I'd repost them here, as they're less likely to be ignored, and you're more likely to know what to do with them: :)
==DadsRCRoom.esp==
. Link [http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13698 Dads Rivet City Room]
==WeaponModKits - PortableCampStuff.esp==
Link [http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9679 PortableCampStuff FOSE]
==H&KUSPWithWorkingFlashlight.esp==
. Link [http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13325 Impervious Power Armour]
==Standard Weapon's Spread.esp==
. Link [http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13711 Standard Weapon Spread]

==Impervious Power Armour- FWE Fixer.esp==
. Link http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13325

I just noticed at http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9679 that the patch
Optional files
PortableCampStuff - CRAFT V0dot2 and PortableCampStuff - WMK V0dot2 are both unnesisary with the lates version.
from readme:
===============
Addons:
===============
""WMK Addon 0.2 - You don't need to uninstall no more. Also this is more bulletproof

CRAFT Addon 0.2 - You don't need to uninstall no more. Also this is more bulletprof""

At leadt I think that is what this means... Maybe not???

and:

Error Correction.esp requires all dlcs (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11745)

Error Correction.esp
. Bashed Patch tag suggestion: {{BASH: Scripts}}
. Requires: Anchorage.esm
. Requires: ThePitt.esm
. Requires: BrokenSteel.esm
. Requires: PointLookout.esm
. Requires: Zeta.esm

if you open in FO3Edit you will see why. And if you get a chance do you think cell tags would also be correct for this file? I Sorted the Masters and that is when I saw all the forms in the header of this file . it is perhaps very good or very messed up. all those cell changes make me nervous.

I'm not sure what that second one means, but perhaps it's a FO3 thing I don't know about. :shrug:

EDIT: Something else:

Attention all BOSS Committers!

This is an Important Announcement!

The masterlist.txt for Fallout 3 on the Google Code repository has been moved as part of an ongoing restructuring of the SVN repo. See issues 43 and 45 for more info on that.

Its old location was "better-oblivion-sorting-software.googlecode.com/svn/FO3Masterlist/masterlist.txt"

It is now found at "better-oblivion-sorting-software.googlecode.com/svn/data/boss-fallout/masterlist.txt"

Please be sure to update your working copies, and make your edits to the correct masterlist. The old masterlist will be deleted shortly, and you don't want your changes to be lost.

Also, the BOSS-F fork has been removed for the time being, until the BOSS code can be refactored. If you want to build BOSS-F, follow the Build Intstructions.htm and then rename the BOSS.exe generated to BOSS-F. All functionality is preserved.

(This is just in case you somehow missed the email spam heap from the 6-in-a-row commits I made while fumbling around with the SVN. :P)

T3T_MiscItemIcons.esp, and probably some others need a warning about not using it with FWE. The icons seem to all be integrated and it reverts some important stuff.

Thought it might be worth letting you know that I have just released a new version of the BOSS Masterlist Manager (BOMM) that provides full support for BOSS-F users. Available for download on Nexus (see my sig).

So when will there be a new masterlist? :o

Sorry guys... I've been kinda busy lately, because I'm gonna go on vacation for the next 3 weeks. So I've got plenty of work to do upfront in order to enjoy this properly ;D
I will incorporate the additions by early September.

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6309 needs to load before http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8340 in the masterlist, or else the retextured vanilla energy weapons in UWWUT.esp overwrites the new unique energy weapon models added by EVE.esp

Edit: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13662, unique_uniquesCut.esp, unique_uniquesDLC.esp and unique_uniquesCutDLC.esp need to load before EVE.esp so it doesn't overwrite the EVE unique weapons icons but after UWWUT.esp for it's icon textures to work over vanilla

and you have to use unique_uniques.esp and unique_uniquesCut.esp OR unique_uniquesDLC.esp and unique_uniquesCutDLC.esp, not all of them

Wouldn't it be a good idea to put the Merged Patch after the Bashed Patch?

I've provided quotes from the readme files of these mods.

Unknown mod file: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9801
Unknown mod file:http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9801
Unknown mod file: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9801

"This mod introduces real-time lockpicking, hacking, and lock smashing (a.k.a. lockbashing) with melee weapons, guns and explosives. The player also gain the ability to try to pry open a lock. It is highly configurable, as discussed in the readme."

Unknown mod file: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8747

"Mothership Zeta Crew adds a new faction under your command. It will develop a whole history arc involving the recruitment and commandment of a force comparable with the enclave or the Brotherhood of Steel itself. Can't say much more without spoiling the story! Once the mod is active and you've finished the Zeta addon, a button will appear in the command bridge, on the console at the right of your command chair. Press it and let the story begin!"

Unknown mod file: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14092

FOIP patch for Mothership Zeta Crew. "Here is a ReadMe of the MZC-FWE_FOIP. The following includes a change log of items changed that were not part of the original design plan of FWE and or Mothership Zeta Crew. The changes take effect in GECK with the following Mods loaded and saved with to make the MZC-FWE_FOIP.esm file: Fallout3.esm, FO3 Wanderers Edition - Main File.esm, FO3 Wanderers Edition - Main File.esp (as active mod before save), Mothership Crew.esm and Zeta.esm."

Unknown mod file: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13361
Unknown mod file: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13361

Powered Power Armor. "This mod initially did two things - it made power armor require occasional recharging to keep it fully functional, and it added a number of power armor upgrades available from various vendors throughout the wastes. The upgrades are probably nothing you've never seen before, with the exception of the increased jump height - I've incorporated a method of preventing that obnoxious hangup that normally happens on the way to the ground when the PC jumps too high."

Unknown mod file: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14107

"Upgrade, maintain and fly the TARDIS across the Washington DC Wasteland and through the Space-Time Vortex to unlock secret items and bonuses to the last ship of her kind."

Unknown mod file: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10607
Unknown mod file:http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10607

"Remaining true to Bethesda's vision of a polluted/radioactive/post-apocalyptic world, Dynamic Weather 2.0 presents a more natural, progressively changing, weather system. Utilizing Bethesda's original weather types, my own custom weather types and assets from Skindgrad's Enhanced Weather, Dynamic Weather includes Rainstorms, Lightning Storms as well as Fog and Sandstorms."

Unknown mod file: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13969

"Description: See the game when you pause. Small, and simple but great."

Unknown mod file: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6068

Reillly's Rangers Expanded. "Don't have any reason to return to the Ranger compound after completing Reilly's quest besides the caps? Feel that a mercenary team of 4 seems a bit small to operate in the DC ruins? Reilly's Rangers Expanded adds new rangers and new features to the compound over time. As you help the rangers to explore they expand their operation."

Unknown mod file: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14298

"This mod adds some options to customize the Sniper Shack, which can be found to the west of Rockbreaker's Last Gas."

Unknown mod file: Enhanced Weather - REBOOT.esp (This should go just after the normal enhanced weather)
Unknown mod file: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8554 It is a tweaked version of http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2021, made to work with Mothership Zeta cells. Do not use them both. I think they should be placed immediately after echos battery recharger. Not sure, though
Unknown mod file: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=376 Make all children killable without excessive gore and health improvement (Like the other plugins do) (I found an error in the masterlist, the plugin is there but it misses an "s")
Unknown mod file: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4428 Turrets are more deadly and difficult to destroy, they can be hacked in different ways and are more different each other
Unknown mod file: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14208 NPCs react in different ways to player nudity.

If you need any further information, let me know.
Thanks in advance

A mistake in mod order

ARSENAL MOD.esm has to under CRAFT.esm & CALIBR.esm & xCalibr.esm

Currently you have the ARSENAL MOD.esm above these three.

The mod order is listed here at the bottom of the description. http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10681

If its already been included in the masterlist from my post above, the Sniper and Hideout mod I linked has been removed from nexus, I think it may have been one of those cases where a user could not find the originals and uploaded without permission - not sure but just in case please dont include. Struck through relevant link above.

causes Stimpaks to be instant heal only, they are supposed to heal over time with Mr Lab Technician. Also there seems to be two varieties of Super Stimpaks, one from FOOK and one from it, the ones from FOOK are instant heal while the ones from Mr Lab Technician are HoT like they should be (and actually better and cheaper than FOOK's, heh). Should this be placed after the FOOK .ESPs so I can get HoT stimpaks back or should I just deal with it (Im almost OK with it since, right now anyway, the game feels a lot harder than the last time I played it over a year ago).

Unknown mod file: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14248 - Changes sound data only. Two conflicts with EVE.

Any suggestion, where I should put this for now?

I'm a bit surprised the ZORT's stuff is not included. It is a pretty popular mod and been out for some time?
