i am trying to do the ncr quest with a pecefull result with bos, however mcnamrara will only tell me he has no time talk while he decides what to about the lockdown
i have done all the quests for bos and i am liked by them
what am i doing wrong?

there was a post about that about this a couple days ago i cant remember what it said but you may be able to find it if you look.

Are you sure you did "Still in the Dark" or "Tend to Your Business"?

i have completed Still in the Dark but not Tend to Your Business do i need both?

You have to leave the bunker and maybe give him a day. Go back the next day and he will talk to you.

Tend to your business is only possible after finishing Eyesight to the blind quest.

Try going to the safe house he gave you a key for and then returning. I think that is what I did. I chose the Mr. House option though so I never did the NCR treaty.

Sorry, what I meant to say was did you complete "Tend to Your Business" or "Eyesight to the Blind".
