I bought a set of 15 lunchboxes at $9.99 a few minutes ago. When I was doing that, IOS brought up a dialogue wanting conformation on my credit card info that took me to the App Store. I entered the correct info and proceeded with the transaction in the game, but did not receive the boxes. As soon as I conformed the transaction, the game popped an error saying the transaction failed. I know it worked since I received a conformation email from my credit card provider for the full amount going to Apple. Is there any way I can receive the boxes without going to Apple, getting a refund, and trying again? I can provide more info if it is possible. Thank you.


Edit:Never mind. After opening and closing the app multiple times and going to the lunchbox screen multiple times, the purchased lunchboxes appeared.

I literally just had this happen to me as well. I had to reconfirm my payment info and I said 'Yes' to the alert that says "Do you still want to make this purchase" and now I am out $20, but have no lunch boxes. I am trying what you said in your edit, but it doesn't seem to be working...
