I bought Fallout 3 GOTY edition like title says and i cant get DLCs

I've checked my C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data

and all that is in there is some game files and fallout.esm

no zeta.esm or any other DLCs
i downloaded games for windows and registered seeing if that would fix it. Didn't it says i have to buy them but i have the GOTY i should already have them!!!!

Did you put in CD #2 in? Reason I say that is because sometimes it takes a long time to load so give it a few minuets (Mine took 17 I think).

If you go to computer and right click it and open/install it opens ASAP
