After purchasing, the game crashed and restarted. No handys was given but it was subtracted from my bank account. I bought a single handy man just to confirm that the five pack was not given, and it was indeed not given. Please give me a refund for the 5 pack so that I can buy a new one.

Ask AppStore or google play for refund.

Many players got same problem, Bethesda do not response to any of the complaint. You may also post in the iOS/Android and write a review to let the new players know.

Go to help.bethesda.net to report it. They don't really pay attention to these posts here.
