Bought 15 lunchboxes but I have not got them.

Hey guys, I have bought 15 lunchboxes on Android and I did not get them.

Here are the details. I wrote three times to the support but I always get a CTRL+C CTRL+V message. I wrote to Google Play to refund me my money, and I have to wait a lot of time. Anyone experencied that too?

Happened to me too bought the 5 lunchbox bundle and the 5 pet carrier bundle and neither showed up in the collections

Same for me. I bought pets 3 times and never received them.

I send an e-mail to get what I bought and a automatic reply said to me to put a message here.

So, can someone can do something?

Same problem here. Bought two packs and did not receive them, tried contacting the developer, but they redirected to google play support for a refund. Instead of just recieving the items.


Contacted googgle play support and recieved refunds for my purchases. it's quite easy to get a refund if you have not recieved the items.


tried a couple a times to buy a large pack of lunchboxes but each time it failed. when returning to game the game restarted.


when buying one pack the purchase succeeded.



have been testing some more.


and it seems if you take too long to purchase an item the game restarts, just like when you go to do something else on your phone and then return to the fallout shelter, and your purchase is not registered.


what helps is if you don't have to reenter your password each time.



but gamesas should fix this.

Sorry, but based on PERSONAL experience, your all sh*t outta luck. Happened to me twice. Once on Dec 16 for $9.99 and once today for $9.99. I contacted google, they wont do anything because its an in app purchase and Bethesda doesnt respond to email, calls, or anything. Bethesda cares about their money and that is all. Bethesda puts out awesome games but there customer support is the worst I have ever seen in my life.



I am sorry to say but I think you are in the same boat as me. Your money is gone. I have given Fallout Shelter a 1 star in the play store, I will make it a five star once my money is refunded. The least they could do is shoot me an email giving me some BS excuse.



My gut tells me all emails sent for support go right into their spam folder.

@Gstaff: That link you provided is entirely non-helpful in that it tells you the basics of how to play the game, not how to actually RECEIVE THE ITEMS THAT WERE PAID FOR & NEVER RECEIVED!


As for your apology - it seems rather insincere & half-hearted at best. What is being done from Bethesda's side to rectify this problem? I've made 2 purchases in the last month (+- $30), yet have received NONE of the items I purchased - a total of 55 pet containers. I've posted this on Bethesda's Facebook page, sent 2 mails to Bethesda ([email protected] & [email protected]) but have had no response, apart from an automated email reply suggesting I visit this forum... Where I have had exactly the same amount of success as with the mails and Facebook post. I'm not looking to get my money back, I'm trying to get what I paid for.


I love the Fallout games & have bought them all fair & square, but with this lack of support shown from Bethesda's side over the last month, I'm considering ripping the games to disc (Fallout 1, 2, Tactics, 3, New Vegas & 4) and selling them for my own profits... The way Bethesda has taken my money and given nothing in return.

It takes you to the help page, where there is no information on how to receive items purchased a month ago.



The automated email response to emails I've sent directs you to the forum page. Below is the email response:

I searched through the forum, but could not get a definitive answer as to why I never received the items I purchased nor who to contact to receive said purchases. All I could find was an option to refund my money - which I am not wanting to do. As stated in every mail/post I have sent, I DO NOT WISH TO RECEIVE A REFUND. I WISH TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS I PURCHASED.

On 01/01/16 I bought 15 lunchboxes, I never received my items. After contacting google play I got the refund. On 05/01/16 I wanted a mr.handy, same story. Money paid and no item. I just messaged google play and got a refund. Contacting bethesda customer support is like banging your head against the wall. Makes no sense, all I get are automated messages and after that silence. I would like to know what exactly is bethesda doing to solve this problem. I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS INSTEAD OF ASKING FOR REFUNDS EVERY TIME !!!

Is there a minimum time for purchases to arrive as I bought 15 lunch boxes yesterday and haven't received them and reading this thread has got me a bit concerned. I only have a small amount each month to spend on my apps and can't really afford to pay and lose the money. This sort of thing shouldn't be happening with such a well established company and they need to sort it out now or risk users creating problems.
