Bought new disc, won't find saved data

Hey, so I bought the "regular version" of fallout 4 for the ps4 on release, but then today someone was selling their pip boy edition. So I sold mine and bought that one. Now when I inserted the disc I had to install it again, which I found weird. Then to my shock I found out it didn't read my previous saved games, could only start new game. I downloaded the saved game files of my new and old fallout 4 to a USB drive. And the pip boy had cusa02961 and the other cusa02962 as their respective folder names. I put my save files in the other folder, but my ps4 wouldn't read them. Is there anyone who knows how I can fix this? Please, you would be of great help.

IF THOSE GAMES ARE FROM A DIFFERENT REGION, MOST PROBABLY THE SAVES ARE LOCKED. !!!

Is there any way to unlock them, or transfer saved data over regions?
