I have bought the DLC but signed up for the BETA selection. What happens to my purchase if I get selected for the BETA?

they take it away and you can't have it.

in reality, you will test the beta, like every other beta player, and relay your feedback so they can then release a day1 patch to resolve some of the issues that are deemed worthy.

all others goto the, "you're screwed" bin until further notice.

I assume you bought the Season Pass and not just the Automatron DLC. If you get selected, then there is two possibilities. You can give the code to someone else which is not likely or you wasted $10 which is not a big deal since you saved at least $30 on future DLC. Now if you somehow got selected for every single DLC, then you would have wasted your money.

Mostly you get our congratulations - and envy - for getting to play the DLC early, while providing a useful service to the community.

All people seem to be worried about on every Fallout 4 forum is the "free DLC" part when it comes to the beta. Is anybody signing up going to actually play and report bugs?

I doubt it. I know I wouldn't which is way I didn't bother signing up.

Considering the amount of bugs in a released product by Bethesda then a beta is probably going to produce a lot of feedback for them such as "Why is my PC on fire?" and so forth.

It would be cool to beta test, but I admitted I used mods in the application and they would probably prefer players with vanilla games so I'd be shocked if I got a beta invite.
