I've been thinking about starting a Battlemage playthrough with a focus on Conjuration, something which I've never done in all my years playing Skyrim!

I am curious to know how good Bound Weapons are (Bound Swords in particular) and how they fare in combat in the later levels.

I've been told they have a base damage which is equivalent to Daedric which would obviously make me insanely OP early on, is this correct?

One more thing, does using the Bound Sword increase your conjuration and one handed skills simultaneously?

If you guys could share your experiences and perhaps inform me of anything else that I may find helpful that'd be great
