Bound Weapon

Does the attacking with the weapon conjured from the spell "Bound Sword" count towards increasing you blade skill?

Good question. I would say no. Unlike Morrowind's engine classifying bound weapons as a "weapon", Oblivion's engine categorizes bound items into "spells".

I use the bound sword that has been made permanent with the repair and drop exploit

I'm leveling up my skill on that

IIRC the conjured dagger did contribute when I was practicing on my skeleotons

Not sure what you mean by this, the bound weapon is still classed as a weapon, you can even add one with additem

They do increase your skills
