which one do you think is better?

for SM Bounty, anithinks reported an issue with doyens not paying off the bounty in different regions in 2011 ( although this should have been fixed already in 2010, latest version )

I think he's actually describing vanilla behaviour here, don't they simply attack instead of trying to arrest you when the bounty is over a certain amount? or maybe he had already resisted arrest.
